Zecco is an important new company, where you get 10 free trades a month and if you use all 10 trades, then you get very cheap stock trades for $4.50 for any trade, no matter the number of shares, even penny stocks. This should be a wake-up call for any and all penny stock traders. What are you currently paying to trade even a small order of penny stocks? If you use Etrade, Ameritrade, Scottrade, it doesn't matter, they all charge substantial markups for trading otc stocks. The most valuable part of the Zecco account is that your 40 monthly free trades include trading in penny shares. It doesn't matter if the order is for 500 shares or 4 million shares, the trade is still free. No other broker can even begin to match this cost savings. For any investor in penny stocks, if you even make four trades a month, you could be saving over $100 for the exact same service and outcome that your current broker gives you.

What about option trading? Option trading has long been a favorite of traders who use online brokerage firms. These discount houses make a nice commission for every contract traded. Most online firms have substantially higher commission charges for trading options, plus they will add an additional charge per each option.

The good news at Zecco is that, as usual, the commission costs are lower than any other online broker out there. Here is the schedule of fees if you want to trade options. First, just like the stock transactions, the base commission for an options transaction is $4.50 for the flat fee. Then, just like other brokers, Zecco is going to add a per contract charge for each option you trade. That current fee is $.60 for each contract traded, added onto the base commission.

A standard transaction would be the following. If an investor wanted to buy 50 GE Puts, the total transaction cost would be $33.50, including everything. First, the $4.50 base commission. Then the per option contract charge, in this case the number is 50 total contracts x $.60 per each contract, for a $30.00 cost for the contracts. Anyone who trades options online knows what an amazing steal this is. A $33.50 total cost to enter into 50 options would be unheard of over at Charles Schwab or Ameritrade, Etrade would easily charge double or more. And remember, these are not teaser rates where the commission changes after one or two months. This is Zecco's commission schedule for any new customer.

The reality is that no other broker can charge such a competitive price for trading options online. And all the features you are used to having for options trading, the online tools, the easy order entry screen, is all going to be identical to the formats you are accustomed to using with Ameritrade or Scottrade. What Zecco has done is take all these features, hired on a near identical competent staff to support the technology and they are simply undercutting the prices that all these so called discount brokers are charging.

Option trading is now a low cost option for investors. For low priced options, trading at $25 a piece, now selling these options can actually be profitable due to the low cost of the transaction. With other brokers certain trades, such as selling low cost options, selling covered calls, or entering into butterfly spreads (using four different option contracts) all would be cost prohibitive with an online broker like Etrade. But Zecco has changed the rules of the game. You can execute a trade for 100 option contracts and you will pay less than $65 to get that trade filled.

There are no added risks. Zecco is insured, just like the full service and discount brokers. They are using a very similar trading platform. They have fully licensed staff and great customer support, with access to live customer service seven days a week. A lot of brokers can't match that. And what makes the situation all the more amazing is that Zecco is doing all this for a lower cost than any other broker out there. This is what is so startling and great about Zecco.

If you trade options, whether it is occasionally or everyday, you need to open an account at Zecco. There are no hidden fees, there are no dormant fees, no fees to take money out, and there is a zero minimum balance to maintain. Zecco provides you with every reason to join and no reason at all not too. Trading options just became cheap, why not get the exact same service and trading facility for a lower price?

Thank you Zecco, for making options a low cost play for all of us that love the playing the markets.
